The BCBS of Michigan's Blue Preferred PPO program is a plan designed to allow members to have medical services from a full statewide network of professionals and at the same time pay low or zero out-of-pocket costs. This sort of network is known as the Blue Cross Blue Shield TRUST network, for the Responsible Use System of Treatment. This network consists of hospitals, labs, physicians and other health care providers that have agreed to manage cost and services while delivering quality care.
